In 2000 I earned by Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation through obtaining the necessary transactions required in representation of buyers as a Buyer's Agent and fulfilling the educational requirements. I completed my Broker's Education in 2003.

With 20 years of experience beginning in the late 70's after an Honorable Discharge from the Military, I worked for lawyers in the the Banking industry; as a paralegal working for attorneys in real estate (residential and commercial), banking, investment and mergers and acquisitions; working for a local Lake attorney who also owned a division of a title company where I prepared real estate contracts from scratch and researched the title at the courthouses, prepared title commitments and policies; and finally before obtaining my license I worked in property management, overseeing the rental of over 100 homes and condos -- I feel that I have the experience of a seasoned professional and can assist you in the purchase or sale of any type of real estate.
